Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all vehicle rentals provided by Limitless Drive LTD in Mauritius.
1. Driver requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued at least 12 months before the rental start date. A passport or national ID is required at collection. Only drivers named on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
2. Booking and payment
Reservations are confirmed once we have acknowledged your booking by email or WhatsApp. Rental charges may be settled in cash or by card at delivery unless agreed otherwise. A refundable security deposit is payable at collection and returned after the vehicle is checked.
3. Insurance and excess
All rentals include basic third-party and collision insurance with an excess. The excess can be reduced to zero with our full insurance upgrade. Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence, off-road driving, driving under the influence, or use by an unauthorised driver.
4. Fuel and mileage
Vehicles are supplied with a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Kilometres are unlimited within Mauritius.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection are available at SSR International Airport, hotels, villas and guesthouses. Please provide accurate flight and accommodation details so we can meet you on time. Delays of more than one hour may incur a waiting charge.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a one-day rental fee. Date changes are subject to availability.
7. Breakdowns and accidents
Contact us immediately in the event of a breakdown, accident or theft. Accidents must also be reported to the local police. Do not authorise repairs without our written agreement.
8. Liability
Limitless Drive LTD is not liable for indirect losses, missed flights or personal items left in the vehicle. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the rental.
